Internet Reservation for Bulky Refuse Disposal

From April 25 (Mon)

Starting on April 25 (Mon), reservation for bulky refuse collection and carrying-in to the Kankyo Gyomu Center (Environmental Services Center) will be received 24 hours on the Internet and on the Soka City Waste Separation App.
The reservation on the phone will continue to be received.

Collection Procedure: Three Easy Steps

This is the procedure of requesting the bulky refuse collection and disposal on the Internet, on the Soka City Waste Separation App and on the phone.
Allow one or two months for the collection at your home.
Plan your disposal of bulky refuse.

(1)Open the Soka City waste separation app and choose "ごみの出し方 (how to dispose of waste)" in the menu.
(2)Choose "粗大ごみ (Bulky refuse)" and access the reception site via the rink indicated.

STEP 2: Disposal

Carrying-in by Yourself

• Up to ten articles per day
• Carry the bulky refuses to the Kankyo Gyomu Center (Environmental Services Center), bringing your ID.

9 a.m. ~ noon

Collection at Your Home

• Up to five articles per collection
• The staff will visit your home and collect the bulky refuses.

STEP 3: Payment

On the Spot

Pay to the collection staff in case of collection at your home, or pay at the Kankyo Gyomu Center (Environmental Services Center) in case of carrying-in by yourself.
* Only by cash

Using the Payment Slip

The payment slip will be dropped into your mailbox.
Pay at one of the payment places printed on the back of the payment slip (the City Hall, service centers, banks, etc.).
* You can choose the payment method at the time of reservation in case of collection at your home.
