June 11: International Exchange Festival
"Kokusai-mura Ichibanchi"
The festival was held for the first time in four years at Dokkyo University, drawing about 4,000 visitors, who enjoyed exchanges with foreign citizens with dishes, music, dance, costumes and the sale of small articles from various countries as well as scratch pictures and a fair trade cafe, booth staged by students of Dokkyo University.
June 18: Riddle-solving Games
At Shinden Nishi Bunka Center (Culture Center)
About 80 elementary school students participated in the riddle-solving games planned by the literary and the theatrical clubs of Soka Senior High School.
The students cooperated in teams in riddle-solving games based on the story of Princess Kaguya, and all of them solved the riddles.
