From July 3 Soka City starts issuing license plates for specific small motorized bicycles (electric kick scooter) as same as the moped.
* Drivers of e-scooters must be 16 years old or elder.
Owners are required to take procedure at the City Hall when you register or disregister e-scooters as same as the moped.
* You need to register and get a Number-plate at the city hall and buy compulsory vehicle liability insurance. Keeping traffic rules as same as the car drivers is also required.
