Soka City accepts applications for cty public housing.
For further information, see the application guide which will be distributed from July 3 (Mon.) at Shisan Katsuyo-ka (Asset Utilization Section), Sogo An-nai (General Information Desk) and Service Centers.
Eligible persons
Person who meets all the following conditions
1.Monthly sum of incomes of all the family members is 158,000 yen/month or less
2.Person who meets conditions from (1)~(6)
(1)Person who has lived in Soka City for a year or longer, has no default in paying municipal tax and monthly sum of income of all members of his/her household is 158,000 yen/month or less.
In case of a foreigner, one who is registered in the Basic Resident Register and whose resident status is "permanent resident"
(2)Person who is evidently in need of housing
(3)None of the applicant or the family members belongs to a crime syndicate
(4)<If you apply for the house for the households with two people or more> You are now lving or will live with family member.
(5)<If you apply for the house for the households with single member> The elders, the disabled, the persons who leaves company housing due to resignations or recipients of Seikatsu Hogo (public welfare assistance)
(6)<If you apply for Kariage (Rent) Type houses: Existing buildings are rented by Soka City and offered.> Households that meet the conditions of single-parent, eged-people or disabled-people.
