The notification of dental health checkup for adults was sent to eligible people.
Health maintenance in your mouth is one of the ways to maintain health of your body.
Contact one of the designated medical institutions listed on the notification before the checkup.
The checkup fee is 500 yen.
Make an inquiry if you just moved in Soka City and have not yet received the notification.
Eligible people
Age 40: Those who were born from April 2, 1983, to April 1, 1984
Age 45: Those who were born from April 2, 1978, to April 1, 1979
Age 50: Those who were born from April 2, 1973, to April 1, 1974
Age 55: Those who were born from April 2, 1968, to April 1, 1969
Age 60: Those who were born from April 2, 1963, to April 1, 1964
Age 65: Those who were born from April 2, 1958, to April 1, 1959
Age 70: Those who were born from April 2, 1953, to April 1, 1954
