Under the regulation, it is required to replace the water meter every 8 years in order to measure quantity of water consumed accurately.
We will send a notice to subjected households in advance and replace it by free of charge.
A staff of the specified water supply equipment firms, who has an identified certificate issued by the City Hall, will visit.
Please cooperate to remove the obstractive things around and in the meter for the work.
* Please note that they will charge costs of repair or new parts if they find any abnormal function and/ or defective parts for water supply system. (We don't collect moey on the day)
