Eligible infants: Infants with intellectual disability who can walk by him/her-self. (Infants born from April 2, 2017 to April 1, 2020)
Necessary documents: Nyuen-soudan-kai Moushikomisho (application form), Shinshin-jokyohyo (mental and physical condition sheet), Shindan-sho (medical certificate)
* Application form is available at Aoba Gakuen (Aoba School) and Kosodate Shien Center (Child Rearing Support Center) or from the website of Soka City and Information Site of Bokkurun for supporting your parenting.
* Parents and children can ecperience the school life.
* Several children can enter in the middle of the school year.

Mail an application form (including necessary medical certificate) to "Aoba Gakuen" (address: 〒340-0013 Matsue 2-3-60) by 20th day of each month * should be postmarked on or before 20th of each month.
