What is Ninchi-shou (dementia) ?
Dementia which occurs to anyone is a general term for the loss of memory and other intellectual abilities serious enough to interfere with daily life.
Alzheimer accounts for an estimated 60 to 80 percent of dementia cases.
Alzheimer's (AHLZ-high-merz) is a disease of the brain that causes problems with memory, thinking and behavior.
Alzheimer's disease is not normal aging or a mental illness.
Checkup Period
June 1 (Thursday) ~ December 15 (Friday), 2023
If you find a disease in early stage and get available treatments, the medicine may delay the progress of dementia or provide some relief of symptoms.
* Symptoms: forgetfulness, confusion, getting lost in familiar places, misplacing things, problems with speaking and writing etc.
It is said that one of four of the people aged 65 and older are Dementia or the reserves.
Eligible persons
A person who is a resident of Soka City and
(1)Persons who is 60 years old before April 1, 2023 (Born between April 2, 1963 and April 1, 1964)
(2)Perosons aged 65 and older (Born before April 1, 1959)

Free of charge * The fees for another consultation or inspection costs money.
