Individual Number Card (My Number Card)

Reservation Unnecessary to Receive the Card
(Only during Daytime on Weekdays except Wednesdays)

Reservation was necessary, up to the present, to receive the Individual Number Card ("My Number" Card) after application.
Now you can receive the card without reservation from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays except Wednesdays after receiving the issuance notification.
Please note that it may take time at the reception counter and the counter may be closed early.

What to take (Do not miss any of them)

Kofu Tsuchisho (Issuance notification) and your ID (your driver's license or your passport).
The notification card, the individual number notification and the basic resident register card, if you have any.

Reservation is necessary to receive the card on Wednesdays, in the evening on weekdays or on Sundays.
