Receive Child Allowance When Your Income Falls Below

There is an income restriction to receive Jido Teate (Child Allowance)/ Tokurei Kyufu (Special Allowance for the family placed an income restriction) as the table below.
If your income in 2022 FY fell below the restriction amount or your income in 2022 FY changed because of reassessment and fell below the restriction amount, you can receive the allowance by submitting "Nintei Seikyu-sho (certified bill)".
Check your income on the notice of decision (change) of "Shimin-zei/Kenmin-zei (Municipal and Prefectural Tax)"; it will be sent in June.
Deadline of submission is within 15 days from next day when you receive above notice.

Those who falls in (1) condition: Whole amount payment of Jido Teate (Child Allowance)

Those who falls in (2) condition: Whole amount payment of Tokurei Kyufu (Special Allowance for the family placed an income restriction)

Those who falls in (3) condition: No payment
