Soka Municipal Hospital introduced a surgery assistance robot "da Vinci" which is equipped with cutting -edge technologies.
"da Vinci" surgical system translates a surgeon's hand movements in real time; the tiny wristed instruments move like a human hand, but with a greater range of motion.
The system's built-in tremore-filtration technology helps the surgeons move each instrument with smooth precision.
It also delivers highly magnified, 3D high-definition views of the surgical area.
Accordingly, the operations can be performed with small burdens on a human body and more safely.
This field is considered one part of medical care reform of next-generation.
The Soka Municipal Hospital plans to commence undergoing cutting-edge operations in surgery and urology.
