The General Account Budget: 88,426 Million Yen
The budget for the fiscal year 2023 was approved in the February regular session of the City Council.
The budget was compiled, keeping in mind the focused projects to realize the "five major strategies" of the city, based on the 4th Comprehensive Promotion Plan, aiming to realize the future vision of the city "Livable City - Creation of Community Richness -," in the light of the three priorities: (1) to improve sustainability, (2) to enhance the power of brand and (3) to enhance the power of community.
The total amount of the general budget is 88,426 million yen (1.1% decrease from last year) and the total amount of all the budgets is 169,025,220 thousand yen (1.4% increase from last year).
