For Families with Children
Make an Application by February 28 (Tue)
The special benefit has been given since last June to support families with children and with low income who are facing financial difficulties, affected by the spreading infection of COVID-19.
Those who fall under the conditions below need application to receive the benefit.
Make confirmation on the website of Soka City and make an application by February 28 (Tue).
Those who have already received the benefit are not covered this time.
Families with a single parent
Families with a single parent and who fall under (1) or (2) below:
(1)Families who did not receive the child rearing allowance of April 2022 in receiving public pension, and the income in the year 2020, including the public pension, was in the same level with families receiving the child rearing allowance
(2)Families whose income since February 2020 decreased to the same level with families receiving child rearing allowance, due to the sudden change in financial conditions
Other than families with a single parent
Families raising children of age under 18 (under 20 in case of children with disabilities / age as of March 31, 2022) and who fall under (3) or (4) below:
(3)Families raising only children of age not covered by the child rearing allowance, and whose resident tax per capita during the fiscal year 2022 was exempted
(4)Families whose income since January 2022 decreased to the same level with those exempted from resident tax per capita, due to the sudden change in financial conditions
