How to Do When You Doubt COVID-19 Infection

If you have a symptom of COVID-19

* Symptoms: Fever of 37.5℃ or over, a strong feeling of weariness (fatigue), cough, sore throat, shortness of breath (difficultly breathing) or lack of sense of smell or taste

Contact your home doctore or search a medical institution by "Search System for the designated medical/inspection institutions and make a reservation and go there.

The medical institution will contact with you about the result of the test.

If you are positive
To those who are age of 64 or under: Saitama Prefecural Office will contact with you by SMS
To those who are age of 65 or over: Hoken-jyo (Public Health Center) will contact with you

You will be taken in a hospital/facility or will stay home if only minor symptoms.

You can go out when medical treatment period is finised.

If you have not a home doctor

Search a medical institution by "Search System for the designated medical/inspection institutions by Saitama Prefecture" and make a reservation and go there.

Make sure to take a reservation in advance. Visit the designated time for the people who have symptoms of coronavirus infection. The Doctore will test for coronavirus if he/she recognizes it as need.
Wear a mask to cover your nose and mouth. Refrain from the use of public transport.
