Qualification Obtaining Support for Single Parent Family

There are subsidy systems for the mothers/fathers of single parent family by providing course fees, fees to obtain the qualifications for their career enhancement or fund loan to start the business.
There is a screening in order to receive this subsidy.

Learning Term is eased from 6 months
This program supports the mothers/fathers of single parent family by paying course fees and living expenses to obtain the qualifications, which help to get jobs, such as nurses, nursery teachers, sokical workers, care workers, dental hygienists, cooks etc.
This program coveres the training of six months and more as same as the fiscal year of 2021; not one year in 2020 and before.
The CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) by Cisco Systems or LPI (Linux Professional Institute) Certification in a digital field by the private enterprises are covered in cae of you complete a couse of more than six months. Subsidies for online programs are open only for those who are already employed.

Payment term

All the learning period

* In case you are already taking a course, the subsidy will start in the month of application.

Amount supplied

Monthly
(1)Nontaxable households 100,000 yen
(2)Taxable households 75,000 yen

* 40,000 yen will be added during the 12 months of the last learning fiscal year.

Eligible people

Mother/fathers who meets all conditions as follows.

(1)Parent of single-parent household who are raiseing a child/children under 19 and receiving Jido Fuyo Teate (Child Rearing Allowance) or same income level of the allowance recipients.
* Jido Fuyo Teate is different from Jido Teate (Chil Allowance)

(2)People who are not receiving "Shokugyo Kunren Jyuko Kyufu-kin (benefit for the vocational training course)" by the Jobseeker Support System or "Kyoiku Kunren-shien Kyufu-kin (training and education benefit)" by the Unemployment Insurance Act.

(3)People who did not received this training benefit in the past.

This program helps the mothers/fathers who take the educational training courses, designated by the Employment Insurance System or prefecture, such as medical administration, training for beginning home helpers, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) by Cisco Systems or LPI (Linux Professional Institute) Certification etc. by paying part of expenses after finshing the courses.
Upper limint is raised to 1,600,000 yenfor the people who cannot receive "Senmon Jissen Kyouiku Kunren Kyufu-kin (Professional Educational Traing Benefit) by Koyo Hoken Seido (Employment Insurance System) in case of 60 % of course fee is over

Payment term

After finishing the course:

* Application in advance is requires. Have a consultation before taking couses.

Subsidy amount

60 % of course fee: (The course fee less than 12,000 yen is not eligible)

* Upper limit is different according to the cousese
* If a person is eligible to "Kyouiku Kunren Kyufu-kin (Educational Traing Benefit) by Koyo Hoken Seido (Employment Insurance System)" it will be subtracted from the amount paid.

(2)It is approve that the person needs the training for finding jobs or career enhancement.
(3)People who did not received Kyouiku Kunren Kyufu-kin (Educational Traing Benefit) in the past.
