Target ages: As of March 31, 2023
Those who are exempted from the screening fee:
(1)Those of age 75 or over
(2)Those of age below 75 and who are insurers of the medical-care system for the latter-stage elderly
(3)Those who belong to the family all of whom are exempted of tax
(4)Recipients of livelihood protection
(5)Recipients of support benefit for Japanese returnees from China, etc.
* Gastroscopy: 2,000 yen for (1), (2) and (3) above and free for (4) and (5) above
Gastric cancer and colon cancer: Either individual or group screening
Breast cancer and gastroscopy: Those who did not have the screening the previous fiscal year
Breast cancer: Not for those who are pregnant, who are breastfeeding, who are within six months after stopping breastfeeding, who had plastic surgery on the breast and who are using a cardiac pacemaker
