Families Exempted of Resident Tax
Confirmation Forms or Application Forms to Be Sent to Target Families
The confirmation or application forms will be sent to target people sequentially. If you wish to receive the payment, fill in the necessary information and send it back.
This payment is not aimed for the families who received the special cash payment for families exempted of resident tax of the fiscal year 2021 or whose financial condition changed suddenly in 2020.

| Families whose financial condition changed suddenly in January 2022 or later* | Send the application form (to be downloaded from the website of Soka City) with the necessary documents. If you cannot print the application form, dial the call center. |
* Families whose income decreased affected by COVID-19 and all of whom became exempted of resident tax or are in the equivalent condition
