Application
Fill in the application form (brochure) distributed at Soka Shoko Kaigisho (Soka Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Sangyo Shinko-ka (Industrial Advancement Section) and some other places, and submit it to Soka Shoko Kaigisho (Soka Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
The application by the application form and by FAX will also be received.
