Certificate of Beneficiary for Child Medical Expenses

Update : 2022-3-22

Do you have this certificate ?

A certificate of beneficiary for child medical expenses (a card with pink dots) is necessary so as to receive the benefit of child medical expenses.

Soka City supports part of your payment of child medical expenses.
Outpatient expenses are provided until the 3rd year of a junior high school (until the end of the school year of age 15), and inpatient expenses until the end of the school year of age 18.

Go through the Procedures at Kosodate Shien-ka (Parenting Section)
(Procedures not available at service centers.)

A certificate of beneficiary for child medical expenses is issued after registering the qualification to be recipient.
If a child of age up to 18 who live in Soka City and who are covered by health insurance (except those under livelihood protection or recipients of the benefit of developmentally psychosomatic disabled individual) does not have the certificate of beneficiary, make an inquiry at the section above.
