To a New Era of Reform with Citizens
On February 22, the February regular session of the City Council was held and Mayor Asai stated his administrative policies.
He described the basic ideas for the municipal administration and the specific commitments of priority measures for the fiscal year 2022, "During the drastic changes of society under the corona virus crisis, we are confronted with new issues in the administration to promote reforms for social development, including digitalization and convenience improvement to provide administrative services fast and extensively, and to enhance prompt and effective communication of information.
Overcoming these challenges will contribute to the lives of citizens after the corona virus crisis and in times of disaster.
For the fiscal year 2022, with the five central pillars of "Corona countermeasures," "economic measures," "communication of information," "digitalization of administration" and "disaster countermeasures," we will continue to work to protect the lives and livelihood of citizens to overcome unprecedented crisis."
