Starting Date of Receiving Reservation under Re-adjustment for Those of Age 12 ~ 59

The starting date of receiving reservation was announced in the July 5 issue of the city newspaper, but the supply volume of vaccine is unstable at present and we are forced to re-adjust the time of receiving reservation for those of age 59 or under.

The future schedule will be announced in the city newspaper and on the website of Soka City, paying attention to the supply situation of vaccine.

About Vaccination Reservation

Reservation accommodation: About 40,000 people (From July to late September)

Target group	Starting date of reservation (From 8:30 a.m. on all the days)
Those with chronic diseases Workers of facilities for senior citizens Essential workers	From July 26 (Mon)
Age 60 ~ 64	From August 2 (Mon)

The 2nd time vaccination will be three weeks later in the same time zone and on the same venue.

For Those of Age 65 or older

If you wish to have vaccination, make a reservation in good time.
