Vol.5: Tandoori Chicken

This is one of the menus of lunch in elementary and junior high schools.
The direction is simple - just to season the meat and bake it.
It is a perfect menu for Christmas.
Ingredients (2 servings)
120 g chicken leg, 1 tablespoon plain yogurt, 1/2 clove of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon white wine, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, 1/3 teaspoon soy sauce, a pinch of salt and a little pepper
Directions
- Cut the chicken leg into four pieces. Grate the garlic.
- Put all the ingredients into a poly bag, and let them stay over 30 minutes.
- Place cooking sheet on the top board, place the chicken side by side and bake it in an oven at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
- Place lettuce (extra) on a plate, and serve the tandoori chicken on it.
