What Is a Community General Support Center ?

The center is a place where you can have consultation when you have some concerns about nursing - such as "I am not familiar with the nursing care insurance system," and "I am concerned with a senior citizen living alone."

Chief care managers, public health nurses and social workers take the leadership to provide senior citizens in the community with general support and consultation about health, caring, welfare and medical care.

Community Welfare to Be Promoted in Line with Community Development

Soka City is promoting community development, based on the 10 areas of resident groups, with the driving force of the power of communities such as ties and mutual support among citizens.

The community welfare will be in line with the 10 areas, and the covering areas of eight community general support centers will be reorganized, with the centers (1) and (3) covering two areas each.

• Red letters in the table 2 will be changed from April 1, 2021.
• Until March 31, talk to the community general support center which covers your area at present in the table 1.
