Health Insurance Card Use on My Number Card

From March, 2021 health insurance card use on the plastic Individual Number Card (My Number Card) for the insured persons will begin.
Please check in advance at the medical institutions and pharmacies when you use.

How to Use ?

Application for using "Myna-portal (My Number Portal)" on the web.

Necessary Things for Apply

• My Number Card (plastic) 4 digits password numbers
• Smartphone which can read My Number Card or PC and IC card reader
• Install Myna-portal AP (QR code)

How to Apply for Health Insurance Card Use

（1）Access to the "Myna-portal"

（2）Click the "Apply for using" from "Application for health insurance card use"

（3）Read the terms and conditions of use and click the button "Agree ad go next"

（4）Completed after your My Number Card (plastic) is read
