Requirements to Be Eased and Online Application to Be Introduced
The disability discount system on toll roads will be eased on March 27 (Mon), and the requirements of one automobile per person will be eased and the online application will be introduced.

Relaxation of Requirements of One Automobile per Person (Pre-application required)
Automobiles which are not registered in advance will also be eligible for discount, for example, when a person who does not own a car uses the car of a friend or a rental car, or when a developmentally disabled person requiring nursing care uses a taxi.
Automobiles for business use are not covered by this system.
The Introduction of Online Application
The online application is accepted from people who register his/her automobile in advance and who use an ETC card (of the disabled person).
He/she needs to have an individual number card ("My Number Card") and to be registered on the "Mynaportal."
