Q: Several months have passed since I had vaccination of bivalent vaccine targeting the omicron variants. Am I going to have additional vaccination?
A: The present rule is to give vaccination one time per person. Information about additional vaccination will be announced as soon as the guideline of the national government is finalized.
Q: Is the bivalent vaccine targeting the omicron variants also effective for new variants such as XBB and BQ.1.1?
A: According to the present knowledge, the vaccine is expected to be more effective than conventional vaccine and is possibly effective for future variants.
Q: Can we have influenza vaccination concurrently with COVID-19 vaccination?
A: Yes, but vaccination other than influenza must be separated at least 13 days.

The guideline of vaccination and the vaccination plan of Soka City from April 1 will be announced in the city newspaper or on the website of Soka City as soon as the guideline of the national government is finalized.
