Don't throw Oil or Chemical Agents into Rivers

Many accidents affecting water quality occurred which affected aquatic organism and our environment by throwing used oil or chemical agents into the rivers or channels.
Especially at the year-end housecleaning please handle paint, oil or chemical agents which are not needed with care and never throw away them into rivers, channels or gutters.
Cloth or paper saturated with small amount of liquids may be collected as burnable rubbish.
