Two Courses
Create Projects to Enhance the Value of the Area
Create projects to trigger the enhancement of the value of the area, making use of public space actually existing in the area around Yatsuka Station.
Seek the potential as "space" to cause change in the area, search business content desired in the community and think about how to compile them.
Work to realize projects, making use of all resources, including agriculture, industry (manufacturing and craftsmanship) and people that exist in the community.
Create Local Core Businesses
Based on business plans of business founders who share the ideas of renovation community development, create project-type business start-up plans, brushing them up from various aspects, such as stocking, sales promotion, architecture and design, and developing them into a core of the area having relationship with the community.
Without considering specific real estates, proposals will be made in the open presentation to real estate owners and real estate business operators in the community, and matching will be sought between business start-up plans and real estates, so that the members will take part in efforts for realization.
