Payment is necessary at medical institutions for the medical treatment of 21,000 yen or over in Soka City and for that in Saitama Prefecture.

In Future

Only show the certificate of recipient.

Payment will not be necessary at medical institutions in Soka City and in Saitama Prefecture if the certificate of recipient is shown.

In response to the change of the system, the new certificate of recipient and the information will be sent to the recipients.

• Some medical institutions may not be able to deal with this system. Make a confirmation in advance.
• Payment is necessary at the counter for medical treatment outside the prefecture and for Anma massage, acupuncture, moxibustion, reposition by Judo, etc. as well as for medical treatment tools outside the city.
• Medical treatment and service, which are not covered by medical insurances, are not covered by this system.

• National health insurance and social insurance : Beige
• Latter-stage elderly medial insurance : Light blue
