Drink water before you feel thirsty (1.2 L/day recommended).
Do not forget to take salt after much perspiration.
Words to persons with the high risk of heat stroke
Persons with the high risk of heat stroke include senior citizens, children, people with chronic diseases, obese people and disabled people.
Show concern about one another and give considerate words.
