MATSUO Basho, who set out on a travel of "Oku-no Hosomichi," wrote in his diary that he reached a post town of Soka on the first day.
The exhibition shows the life of MATSUO Basho as well as the history of Soka-shuku and Soka Matsubara, with lectures in series and commentary about the exhibition.
