About Five Month after the 3rd Time Vaccination

Those of Age 60 or Over
Vaccination vouchers are sent sequentially (Application not necessary)
You can make a reservation as soon as you receive the vaccination voucher.

What to bring
The vaccination voucher with the medical interview sheet and your identification document
Those of Age 18 ~ 59 with Chronic Diseases
Application is necessary to have the 4th time vaccination.
Talk with your family doctor before deciding.
The vaccination voucher will be sent, based on the day of the 3rd time vaccination.
Allow two to four weeks after receiving the application.

The interval of vaccination is shortened to five months.
The percentage of vaccination is low in the age groups of 30's or below.
If you wish to have vaccination, make a reservation soon.
