"Issuance Service with My Number Card" at the designated convenience stores all over Japan will be temporarily suspended as follows.
May 17 (Tuesday): all the day
March 31 (Tuesday): 4:00 p.m. to June 1 (Wed.) 6:30 a.m.
System maintenance will be performed for reduced 100 yen issuing charge of documents at convenience stores.
* If you have the "my number" card, you can have certificates and documents issued at a nearby convenience store without waiting.
The issuing fee for certificates, including the certified copy of resident register, at convenience stores nationwide will be reduced to the uniform rate of 100 yen from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2024.
