This "Kosodate Setai Rinji Tokubetsu Kyufu-kin (temporary special benefit for the household with children)" is one of the measures against the Coronavirus disease for the people who are raising a child/children. Soka City sent application forms to the families that became eligible after September, 2021.
Eligible people
A household that follows under (1)or(2) condition by divorce (include same condition of divorce), adoption of child, move-in from overseas.
(1)A person who is eligible to receive the Jido Teate (Child Allowance) for March, 2022; who was not recipient of the Jido Teate (Child Allowance) of September, 2021.
(2)A person who raise a child of high school as of February, 2022; who didn't raise a high school child as of September 30, 2021.
If you think you are eligible to this benefit but don't receive an application form, contact with the Kosodate Shien-ka (Parenting Support Section)
Benefit amount
100,000 yen per eligible child
* If you receive some of the benefit amount dfrom ex-gurdian, the amount you received will be deducted.
