Review
You can review "Reiwa-4-nendo (2022 FY) Tochi/Kaoku Kakaku to Jyuran Chobo (Account book of prices of land and house in 2021 FY for review)" in order to check the ratable value of your property (land/house) is proper; comparing other lands or houses.
Time: April 1 (Friday) to May 31 (Tuesday)
Eligible person: Property Tax payer, relatives who live together with taxpayers, tax agent, deputy (power of attorney is required)
In case of a juridical person bring the seal of representative or a power of attorney with imprinting of representative's seal.
Inspection
Taxpayers of Property Tax (including the people of tax exemption) can get a copy of Kazei Dai-cho (tax registers) which lists the prices of his/her property.
Free during this review term (April 1 (Fri.) to May 31 (Tue.)); but 200 yen is required from June 1 (Wed.).
Time: Available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays from Monday to Friday except holidays at the Sisan Zei-ka (Property Taxation Section) on the 3rd floor of the second Government Building.
