Renew the Parent Support Shop Complimentary Card

"Papa/mama Ouen Shop Yutai Card (Parent Support Shop Complimentary Card)" for the household who have the child under 18 years old or the household who has an expecting mother is renewed.
New card will be distributed from March 14 (Mon.) at the Kosodate Shien-ka (Parenting Support Section), Shimin-ka (Registers Section), Kosodate Shien Center (Child Rearing Support Center), Hoken Center (Health Center), Service Centers, Jido-kans (Child Centers).
Those who use smart-phone appr need no procedure for renewal.
