Soka City sent a 2021 FY's consultation notice of pneumococcus vaccination to the eligible person （see the table below） at the end of March, 2021.
We recommend to take an inoculation at the medical institutions designated by Soka City （list of the medical institution is enclosed in notice letters） by March 31, 2022.
If an eligible person doesn't receive a notice, contact the Health Center.

People who want to take inoculation at home doctors in Saitama prefecture need to ask to Hoken Center in advance. Immunizations outside Saitama Prefecture are not covered by public expenses.
