Application for Ikusei Hoiku (Special-support Nursery) for the Enrollment in April 2022

Applications for nursing will be received to be enrolled in a public nursery on April 1, 2022, as a baby or a toddler who needs special-support nursery.

For whom?

Baby and toddlers who need nursery care due to their parents' work or illness and who are mentally or physically handicapped or have concern about development and who are adaptable to group nursing in a nursery.

Necessary documents

• Application form which is distributed at the Hoiku-ka, City Hall.
• Shindan-sho (Medical certificate) from a doctor.

Application

Send or bring ubove documents to the Hoiku-ka by September 30 (Thursday).
