The consulting session will be held for children who wish to be enrolled in Aoba Gakuen School.
Date and time
November 10 (Wed.) ~ 18 (Thur) except 13 (Sat.) and 14 (Sun.)
Either 3:15 ~ 4:00 p.m. or 4:15 ~ 5:00 p.m. on each day
Write the date and time of your choice. The consulting date and time will be decided on a first-come-first-served basis and be notified by postal mail.

Aoba Gakuen(Temporary) School (address: Matsue 2-3-60, Soka City)
Eligible children
Pre-school children who are of age 3 or older as of April 1, 2022, who can walk and who are mentally disabled.
Necessary documents
- Nyuen-soudan-kai Moushikomisho (application form)
- Shinshin-jokyohyo (mental and physical condition sheet)
- Shindansho (medical certificate)
* Distribution of application forms: Available at Aoba Gakuen School, Kosodate Shien Center (Child Rearing Support Center), the website of Soka City, the Soka Website "Bokkurun" with Information and Support for Parenting, etc. from October 29 (Fri.)
