Subsidy for the family having more than 3 children to buy used house
1. Subsidy by Support Project to acquire a used house
Maximum 400,000 yen of related costs
Eligible household
A household with three children under 18 years old.(* including unborn child having a Boshi-techo (Mother and Child Health Book)
A household with two children under 18 years old and hoping third child.(* both of mother and father are under 40 years old)
Eligible house
Detached house: Total floor area is more than 100 square meters
Mansion apartment: Total floor area is more than 80 square meters or more than 5 rooms
2. Housing Supply Corp. Grant
Maximum 100,000 yen besides 1.
Eligible condition
Person who acquire a used house and meets the following (1) or (2) case
(1) A family will live with his/her parents or live near his/her parent's house
(2) A family will ask a contractor in Saitama Prefecture renovation construction of more than 200,000 yen (including tax)
