Take Out Wastes in a Proper Way

Update : 2021-12-3

Sort out Wastes Properly, and take them out properly.

A fire broke out in the recycle center on May 26, in which the spreading fire damaged some machines, including the non-burnable waste classifier and conveyers.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
The highest possibility is that the fire was caused by a small-sized battery charger fixed in devices or equipment incorporating batteries, such as lithium-ion batteries.

We will appreciate your cooperation of taking out wastes by sorting them out properly.

Dangerous Articles

Dangerous articles such as spray-cans, gas cartridges, lighters and batteries will cause explosion or fire, if not properly disposed, endangering workers and possibly hindering the collection work.

Spray-cans, gas cartridges and lighters

Non-burnable wastes

Put them in a transparent bag for every kind.

POINT: Use it up, and do not make a hole.

Devices or equipment incorporating batteries, such as electronic cigarettes and portable battery chargers

Non-burnable wastes

Take out the batteries and put them in a transparent bag. (Put the main unit and the batteries in separate bags.)

POINT: If you cannot take out the batteries, put on a tag indicating "Batteries Inside."

Small household appliances such as watches and toys

Non-burnable wastes

Take out the dry batteries and put them in a transparent bag. (Put the main unit and the batteries in separate bags.)

NOTE: In many cases, button batteries are not taken out from the main unit.

Recyclable Wastes

More and more plastic bottles are taken out in summer.
If you take them out without crushing, the collection bag will be full in a short time, hindering other people from using the collection bag, or causing the plastic bottles to scatter on the road, which may lead to a traffic accident.
