Under the regulation, it is required to replace the water meter every 8 years in order to measure quantity of water consumed accurately.
We will send a notice to subjected households in advance and replace it by free of charge.
Specified water supply equipment firms will visit them, who have an identified certificate issued by the City Hall.
Please cooperate to remove the obstractive things around the meter for the work.

* Please note that they will charge costs of repair or new parts if they find any abnormal function and/ or defective parts for water supply system. (We don't collect moey on the day)
