The festa was held in Matsubara Ayasegawa Park.
It was planned and staged by the Spring Children's Festa organizing committee, made up of 41 volunteer elementary school students, taking four months for preparation, holding online meetings.
On the festa day, the actual venue and the online venue were prepared.
Infection control measures were taken on the actual venue, and various events, including handcraft and YouTuber experience, were staged to fill the venue with children's smiles.
