Vaccination Vouchers for Senior Citizens of Age 65 or Older
to Be Sent in mid- or late April
We announced in the March 5 issue of the city newsletter that vaccination vouchers for senior citizens of age 65 or older will be sent in late March, but it was postponed due to the delay of vaccine supply from the national government.
The reception of reservation on the Internet reservation system and at the call center will be started in late April onward.

The priority may be given to group vaccination, depending on the supply amount of vaccine.

Vaccination to Be Given by RESERVATION ONLY
(Do NOT dial the medical institutions that give vaccination.)
After receiving the vaccination voucher, make a reservation in one of the ways below.
(The fee for the Internet communication and for the telephone call is to be borne by the user.)

Make a reservation on the reservation system.
The QR code and the URL are written on the voucher.

Q: Must we have vaccination?
A: Vaccination is not mandatory.
Vaccination is given only with the consent of the person.
Q: I am worried about side reaction.
A: This Vaccination is intramuscular injection, often causing mild side reaction such as pain and swell, but it will usually disappear in a few days.
Vaccination will be followed by observation for at least 15 minutes on the venue.
