Soka City issued "Shimin Benri-chou (Citizens' Guidebooks)", which is full of administrative information about counter services and useful information for citizens' daily lives, with cooperation SCINEX Corporation as public-private collaboration business.
It will be distributed free of charge into the mailbox of each household by January 31 (Sunday.).
In case you don't receive one by the end of January, call to the Kouhou-ka (Public Information Section) in Soka City Hall.
