I hope you are celebrating New Year in good health.
I would like to express my gratitude for the continued understanding and cooperation to the city council.
The COVID-19, which spread on a global scale, brought various changes in many aspects.
The city council held four temporary sessions as well as regular sessions to discuss supplementary expenditures for the lives of citizens who were affected by the spread of COVID-19 and the measures for the recovery of the economy in the city.
As we are forced to change our past common sense and values now, the monitoring system over the executive organ is essential to support the lives of citizens and we are determined to play the role of the city council.
We cannot yet see a sign of the end of the spread of infection, but I wish the New Year will be filled with hope and also wish for your health and happiness.
I will appreciate your further support for the activities of the city council.
