The 20th Anniversary Commemorative Lecture Of Chuo Tosho-kan (Soka City Library)

The lecture was held, with the lecturer of Ms. Shinobu Suga, a writer who is from Soka City.
s. Suga, a library lover who was excited at the opening the present library, talked to the audience, "I went to the library, which used to be in Matsue, and to the school library in my elementary and junior high school days to read a variety of books.That experience contributed a lot to my life as a writer now. I hope you will enrich your life through a library, a major base of intelligence." One of the audiences said, "I was impressed to learn that the elaborate description of Ms. Suga's work came from the amount and the repetition of reading materials available only in a library."
Touring Exhibition of the Olympic Torch
On November 12
The exhibition was held in the AKOS Gallery, attracting 335 visitors wanting to see the torch, designed with the motif of cherry blossoms, right in front of their eyes.
The visitors said, "I was impressed to see the rare torch. I hope the Olympics will be held safely." "I am looking forward to the torch relay in Soka Matsubara." The "Exhibition of Soka for the Future" was concurrently held, introducing Olympians related to Soka City and host towns, enhancing the expectation for the Olympics.
