Child abuse is a serious problem and increasing year after year.
Last fiscal year we had 17,473 reports (13.9% up from the previous yeark according to the investment by Saitama Prefecture).
Children are abused in their homes, so they can ask nobody for help.
Your "Notice" and "Courage to report" are valuable means to save the ill-treated children. If you think "Is this child abuse?" don't hesitate to report it. Reporter's personal information and the contents of the report are kept secret by the law.
