Read the brochure ("the guide to purchase of merchandise coupons" and "the list of handling business owners") to be distributed with the October 5 issue of the city newspaper or visit the website of the organizing committee above (via the QR Code) for the details about the application procedure and the information about handling business owners.
This is not on a first-come-first-served basis. No need to hurry.

Application postcard to be received by October 21 (Wed)
* In case the applications do not reach the number of books to be issued, the secondary sale may be held.
Choose either one of the application procedures.(* Up to 5 books per person)
*The place to purchase the coupons is to be chosen at the time of application.
*This is not on the first-come-first-served basis.
Dedicated postcard for application
Fill in the necessary information on the dedicated postcard attached to “the guide to purchase of merchandise coupons” to be distributed with this city newspaper.

Put the postage stamp and mail it.
Post it early enough to be received by October 21.

Results of application
In case the application exceeds the number of books to be issued, lot drawing will be conducted, with priority given to citizens of Soka.
The purchase ticket postcard will be sent around November 6 (Fri) only to those who can purchase the merchandise coupons.
* We are sorry we will not be able to answer inquiries about results.
Purchase period
November 16 (Mon) ~ November 30 (Mon)
Go to the place of purchase written on the postcard, with the purchase ticket postcard and cash.
* In case you cannot buy the coupons during the purchase period, the purchase ticket postcard will become invalid.
Service period of the coupons
November 16 (Mon) ~ April 16 (Fri), 2021
View the brochure "the list of handing business owners" to be distributed with the coupons, or visit the website of the organizing committee.
*The coupons will become invalid after the service period.
*No change is given for the coupons used.
