Only the dealers designated by Soka City can collct bulky refuse (large items), items that cannot be reprocessed and household electric applilecances (TV, air conditioners, fridges & freezers, washig machines/laundry dryer).
The things collected by illegal collectors may cause illegal dumping, improper processing of fron gas, lead etc. and fires.
It is also reported that persons who use illegal collectors were demanded a large amount of fees after the things were loaded to the cars even if the collector said "Free for everything" before loading.
